This is the event not to be missed for pastry lovers. Be at the rendez-vous from 14 to 17 June at Porte de Versailles.

Don’t miss the chance to taste and admire the wonderful pastries that will be on display. This year, the Grand Pastry Chef Pierre Hermé, who was named the Best Pastry Chef of the World by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy in 2016, will host the show.
Seven universes will be in the spotlight for this edition. Workshops dedicated to children, will give them the opportunity to express their creativities through a clay modeling, the best work could be taken over by a chef. The second part concerns contemporary pastry, there will also be a space dedicated to the promotion of famous French pastries.

For those who wish to take advantage of this opportunity and learn tips and new recipes, you will have the opportunity to participate in pastry courses that will be open to the public.

The pastry salon is also a place where professionals and amateurs can compete. We find in particular, two categories of competitions, the first professional and the second is dedicated to amateurs. You will have the chance to participate in more than 100 master classes, conferences and tastings hosted by great chefs. There are many more surprises waiting for you, so get ready!

Le Belleval is located 5 minutes’ walk from Saint Lazare station, you can take the line 12 which will take you to the Porte de Versailles station where will be held the Patisserie show.
