The Belleval and its restaurant aim to highlight French producers committed to giving meaning to gourmandise.


In the room, guests will be surprised with OACAO‘s blond chocolates with a praline and salted butter caramel center. These chocolates were imagined and elaborated by the best worker of France, Pascal Brunstein, and wanted to integrate the dimension of responsibility to the delicacy by producing all the products and packaging in France, and working only with sourced producers. Recently, all the chocolates have been labeled 100% organic and all the packaging is recyclable.

To complete these sweets, coffee and tea are available on the courtesy tray in the room. Moreover, for our coffee partner, we have chosen Café Joyeux, their concept: contribute to the professional inclusion of people with mental and cognitive disabilities. The coffee capsules that you will find in your room are carefully prepared by disabled team members in Paris and the coffee is assembled by a “meilleur ouvrière de France” and roasted in France.

Thanks to this collaboration, the profits generated are donated to the different development projects for café joyeux, in order to help the inclusion of people with disabilities into our society.

At the Belleval bar, you will find our range of Super Producteur products for a snack or for the aperitif! The products of Super Producteur are committed to an organic and local approach, with products sourced in France, at less than 150 kilometers from the manufacturing warehouses. Moreover, to be fairer regarding the farmers, 60% of the turnover of Super Producteur is paid back to them to enhance the short circuit. Finally, all the products offered are B Corp certified, meeting societal and environmental requirements, governance and transparency towards its public.


To complete this approach, the Belleval restaurant has also launched a partnership since May 2022 with the Follet farm, located in Normandy, more precisely halfway between Etretat and Dieppe, to supply itself with cottage cheese, yoghurt, jam and ice cream. Thus, we assure you high quality dairy products with ice creams spreading to the standards “ice cream of the farm“.
